It’s that time of year again! We have stepped across the threshold into December. The time of year for celebrating with friends and family, to relax and enjoy.  The downfall is that all that relaxing and enjoying is often done over a drink or with delicious holiday food. Before you just say to hell with it and dive face first into a pumpkin pie, you CAN survive AND enjoy the holidays without putting on a pound!
