For me, one of the greatest things about fitness is that it is an ever changing and evolving field. New studies are constantly being done, new training techniques (good and bad) are created, the opportunities for improving yourself never cease!
SUPPORT = SUCCESS
For all the information that you read about being healthy, changing your eating habits, starting an exercise routine, one of the least talked about essential ingredients to being successful is a good support system. Getting into the habit of making healthy decisions, like saying no to that cake in the office or not skipping your gym session because you are a bit tired, is hard and for a while it is going to suck. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying or has never actually done it themselves.
